You will:

• Work on Windows feature enablement and Windows deployment within Client Product Group (CPG).
• Be responsible for supporting advanced Windows feature implementation on Dell systems, and/or prepares studies and analyzes existing systems.
• Ensures accurate root cause analysis based on issues.
• Develops and recommends corrective actions. Also collaborate with internal and external partners.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience on Windows 11 or related system technologies with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years of industry experience with a Master’s degree
• Good knowledge of Windows 11 new features, such as performance analysis, crash debugging or modern standby
• Good understanding of hardware and software interactions
• Able to achieve mastery of new tools, languages and operating systems with trainings and on-the-job experience
• Able to coordinates root cause analysis to solve issues including complex issues using design specifications.

Desirable Requirements

• Strong communication skills including good English in written and oral
• Python development experience is a plus
