• ઉમેદવારે ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરતા પહેલા જે તે સંવર્ગની જગ્યાઓ માટે ભરતીને લગત શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, વય મર્યાદા તેમજ અન્ય સૂચનાઓ ઉકત વેબસાઇટ પરથી કાળજીપૂર્વક વાંચી
• લેવાની રહેશે.
• ઉમેદવારોએ ઓનલાઇન અરજી કન્ફર્મ થયા પછી તેની પ્રિન્ટ કાઢી પોતાની પાસે રાખવાની રહેશે અને જ્યારે ભરતી બોર્ડ દ્વારા માંગવામાં આવે ત્યારે તે રજૂ કરવાની રહેશે.
• ઘર- ઉમેદવારે ઉપર જણાવેલ જગ્યાઓ માટે ફકત એક જ અરજી કરવાની રહેશે અને કોઇપણ સંજોગોમાં ટપાલથી કે રૂબરૂમાં અરજી પત્રક મોકલવાના રહેશે નહીં. તેમજ આવા અરજીપત્રકો સ્વીકારવામાં પણ આવશે નહીં. જેની ઉમેદવારોએ ખાસ નોંધ લેવી.
• આ જાહેરાત તથા ભરતી પ્રક્રિયામાં કોઈપણ કારણોસર ફેરફાર કરવાની કે રદ કરવાની આવશ્યકતા ઉભી થાય તો તેમ કરવાનો ભરતી બોર્ડને સંપૂર્ણ હકક / અધિકાર રહેશે.
